Shipping And Return
We offer shipping of online purchases to the U.S. and Canada and other countries. We use USPS to ship your package; UPS provides our expedited service. For orders shipping to a location outside of the U.S. or Canada, please email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note we ship Monday-Friday only during normal business hours. Any orders placed during non-business hours will be processed the following business day. Orders will not ship over the weekend.
Cana Gold Beauty offers FREE USPS Shipping on all US orders over $100*. No promotion code is required to receive free shipping on all $100+ US purchases.
*We do not offer Free Shipping on orders placed during Flash Sales (such as on TV Shows on ABC and NBC).

Customers responsible for all Canadian import duties, taxes and brokerage fees (if any). These fees may be charged to you when your package reaches the Canadian border (these fees are not included in the shipping that we charge you).

When you place an order with Cana Gold Beauty, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you have questions about your order, please email us at email@example.com. Please include your order number in the subject of your email.
When an order is placed on canagoldbeauty.com we begin processing the order immediately, to ensure prompt delivery. We’re unable to cancel or change an order once it’s submitted.
Should an item on your order be out of stock, we will notify you via email about the expected in-stock date. Your remaining order will ship on time, and the out-of-stock item will ship when available at no extra charge to you.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and stand by the quality of our products. Should you for any reason be unhappy with your purchase, we will promptly issue a refund to your credit card or exchange an unsatisfactory product for another one if returned within 30 days. Please see our returns policy for details on how to process.
Please Note: We can only accept Cana Gold Beauty products directly purchased through CanaGoldBeauty.com. We cannot accept products purchased from a third-party retailer.
*Products purchased during Flash Sales (such as on TV Shows on ABC and NBC) and our annual Friends and Family Sales are subject to 14-day return policy. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of original ship date.
Cana Gold Beauty is confident that you’ll love everything you purchase from us. However, if you aren’t satisfied with a product for any reason*, return the unused portion within 30 days from the date of placing the order. We will happily refund the purchase price (excluding the original shipping and handling fees) of the returned item(s) to the original form of payment.
Please follow the steps below to return your purchase:
- Complete the Return Form located on the invoice included with your shipment. If you do not have your invoice, you may print and send your email order confirmation. Please indicate the products you wish to return or exchange. If exchanging, please also include the product(s) you would like an exchange for. We will call you if additional funds are required for the exchange order. If you do not have your invoice or email order confirmation, please email at firstname.lastname@example.org to get your order number.
- Please ship the products to the address below to ensure that your return remains eligible for a refund.

- We will notify you via email once your refund/exchange has been processed.
- All bundled items must be returned with all components for a full refund
- A full refund will be issued on a return that included a promotional gift(s) (full size) product only if the return is made within 30 days of original ship date on the invoice (14 days for Flash Sales on TV Shows on ABC and NBC and our annual Friends and Family sale), and the promotional gift(s) (full size) accompanies the return. If the promotional gift(s) is not included, the total retail value will be deducted from the refund.
- Please note that returning products will not automatically cancel your Auto-Replenishment subscriptions. To cancel, change shipment frequencies, or to make any other changes to your auto-replenishment subscription, please sign in to your Cana Gold Beauty customer account on our website.
- You are welcome to keep the free sample sachets that come with each CanaGoldBeauty.com order as we don’t require this for returns.
Please allow up to 14 business days from receipt of returned items to process a return and credit your account. A credit should appear on your statement within two full billing cycles. If your credit card has expired before your return request, we may offer Cana Gold Beauty credit instead.
- The Return Authorization Form can be downloaded here.
- The Return can only be processed if shipped product is damaged or defected in any form.
- To Process the Return, Product should be Unused. If the seal of the product is broken, Return can not be Processed.

- You’re welcome to return Collections and Sets. Just remember, to obtain a refund, you must return the entire Collection or Set together.

- Please retain the tracking number listed on your pre-paid Label, along with copies of the return authorization form and your original packing slip for your records.
